Again we agree. From the view of ex Security/para-Military and a couple of other areas I completely agree. I just seek balance.

As do I, but there are some areas where it's hard, if not impossible to achieve.

In this instance I guarantee that if my friend was hassled by this, the perp would at least miss their flight and he'd do everything he could to find charges just to deter anyone from thinking about doing something like this again.

editted to add: I'm sure you could sympathize with his disdain for this type of behavior, he went from being a colonel and delta force helo pilot to civil servant/bureaucrat :)

Well if you want tobe humiliated by security just fill a suitcase with the naughtiest and most disturbing toys you have.. they always pull it out to inspect it infront of everyone![image]http://www.collarchat.com/micons/m11.gif[/image]

Actually, they don't.  I had some restraints, rope, nipple clamps, and other assorted items in my carry-on when en route to New York for a weekend of fun, and they didn't even bother opening my bag.  I honestly don't think that they could have cared less.

I can't tell you how many of my recent fantasies have started like this :)

Can't anyone be shocked anymore!...sigh

Apparently not if they're in San Francisco or New York.  Nobody cared in either place, and I had to go through security twice in San Francisco, because my flight got cancelled.  I was prepared to tough it out if they got obnoxious with me, and all they said was, "Enjoy your flight."  I suppose no one has ever hijacked a jet by nipple-clamping the pilots.

Dont be coy, you know they all start this way.....Well, except the one with the sheet. [;)]

Ok I agree that it is not the brightest idea to nipple clamp the cockpit crew but the hosties should be fair game to entertain the passengers by being nipple clamped, but plugs inserted beewah balls inserted and the occasional spanking. Might make the flight more enjoyable for them too.. [:D]

Before y'all organize a lynching party and place Home Land Security on kink alert, it may be of interest to understand that the OP isn't in the US of A or probably isn't coming/cumming there..... OP>>>>>Male Submissive, 51, Almere, Netherlands

I think i love you IronBear, seriously the us americans tend to forget, that they are not alone in the world and that there are still countries, that are not as prude and homelandsecurity ruled as their own.

As far as in know people from the netherlands are even more relaxed than germans about sex and kink. Please do not forget the Netherlands made Cannabis and Prostitution legal long before other european countries thought about it and opposite to prudish and drug afraid ideas, the legalizing helped the police to concentrate their work on the necessary topics.

But not knowing the opening poster personally it could well be, that he what after hot stories.

Airport security isn't really something you should piss about with for fun, it's there for a reason> However, wearing a CB isn't unlawful, so I guess if you normally wore a CB 24/7 and didn't have the key to remove it pre-security, it would be OK just to "fess up" if you trip the alarm. And of anywhere on the world, the Dutch are probably the least likely to be fazed by it, the Brits would probably piss themselves laughing, and the Americans.....don't go there, they just don't have sense of humour about security and can be pretty uptight about kink!

If one's kinky little fantasy causes a waste of taxpayer's money, I as a taxpayer have the right to judge. Aside from all the exposing your kink to non consensual actors etc.

That's an unrealistic and over-reactive way to treat the idea on a number of fronts (presumption of control over tax money, presumption of control over the types of experiences people whose salaries you presume you're paying have at their jobs and over-dramatization of the potential event).

This occurrence would be no different than security folks having to deal with folks with a few additional piercings (perhaps in interesting places) unless you want to place the entire onus of the problem on the intent behind the act (in which case the 'extra stress on the job' argument kind of gets invalidated).

Perhaps there is some merit to the 'inclusion of others in your kink' argument (loosely, in this case), trying to paint it as the ethical equivalent of strapping yourself with a fake explosive suit for laughs is not appropriate.

Which makes for an interesting side argument that taking the national paranoia level into consideration is at least a partially important thing to do while assessing such decisions.

No, I think that forcing non consenting airport security to participate in your sexual gratification is lame. I'm confident that the Netherlands has clubs that would be a more responsible venue for you to explore your public humiliation fantasies.

SmokingGun82 -> RE: security and CB: wanted to get caught (5/25/2009 9:21:05 PM)

I'll agree with those saying don't force your kink on others.

But those saying not to waste TSA's time... well, I disagree there. I fly thirty or more times a year, and every time I do I intentionally set off the metal detector once- with a metal version of the Bill of Rights. I won't post a link to the site I order them from, but I'll share if anyone asks. Every time, after the metal detector goes off and they ask if I have anything on me, I say a variation of "Oh, I forgot, I can't fly with these" and hand over the card.

As Jefferson said, "Those who sacrifice freedom for safety deserve neither."

Of course, they've gotten me back, by repeatedly confiscating things from my checked luggage over the last few years- including a Zippo that was my dad's. Thankfully, I got a nice little flier telling me that it was a security threat to have a lighter in a "non-approved storage container." Or the countless tubes of toothpaste/bottles of cologne that I've forgotten to take out of my carry-on... because you know, smelling damned sexy is definitely a security risk.

The whole system is stupid. But hey, I freely admit to being a Libertarian nutjob.
