Has anyone ever fell for it?

This is when a "hot tip" tells you that the stock will take off. You get in. They get out. YOU take the loss.

??

Maybe I should re-word it- if you ever were in a pump and dump- would you admit it? Oh what was the stock?

Unless you're buying 10,000 shares at a time, your purchase will not effect the price. A 10,000 share buy will only raise it 1/8th of a point. And houses who do this to their customers get censured. Usually by losing the business for a few months. Beyond that comes the SEC who do not take kindly to such practices.

I fell for this a few months back. Upon some digging the dude had been in trouble for fraud. duh. It was penny stock. But these days-- GM is too. ;-0

The SEC? LMAO. The SEC is inept. hence Madoff and there are 2 more that are not publicly announced yet.

Anyhow a new alheimers drug was about to pass clinical trial 3. I looked up and there was a patent and such. and there WAS a big shot meeting that day. But it was all bogus. I fell for it.

I vow to stick with silver....even junk silver. I hold it in my hand, and either way- I still own it no matter what the deal was.
