This looks like an absolute riot!!  Am I the only who grew up watching stuff like "The Beast from 50,000 Fathoms" (giant dinosaur like thing thawed in an atomic blast- "It came from Beneath the Sea" -giant sexapus (had only 6 arms- ran out of money) attacking a bridge- those kind of movies.  This looks like an updated version of those awful movies- staple of sleep away camps so kids would get nightmares.  I was laughing my ass off at the trailer....

And I liked Snakes on a Plane... got a good soundtrack too.

Sam

Mystery Science Theater 3000 comes to mind,,,

Seriously...who THINKS of this stuff??

The same type of thinkers that dreamed up "Creature from the Black Lagoon" and "The Day of the Triffids" from 40 or 50 years ago. How about "The Blob" or "Attack of the Killer Tomatoes"?

All good fun; beer and pizza fun as has already been mentioned.

sometimes you have to watch a bad movie to appreciate those that are marginally  better.

Watched it last night, its available for streaming on the web, and it is suitably cheesy. It's worth watching for the mega shark v 747 scene and one of the absolute worst 'scientists at work' montages ever.
