At last a scary movie that will amuse me instead of frightening me.

pissthirstysub -> RE: The next great movie (5/12/2009 8:25:24 PM)

Is it even possible to imagine how bad it could be without seeing Mega Shark vs. Giant Octupus?

samboct -> RE: The next great movie (5/13/2009 6:01:12 PM)

This looks like an absolute riot!!  Am I the only who grew up watching stuff like "The Beast from 50,000 Fathoms" (giant dinosaur like thing thawed in an atomic blast- "It came from Beneath the Sea" -giant sexapus (had only 6 arms- ran out of money) attacking a bridge- those kind of movies.  This looks like an updated version of those awful movies- staple of sleep away camps so kids would get nightmares.  I was laughing my ass off at the trailer....

And I liked Snakes on a Plane... got a good soundtrack too.

sappatoti -> RE: The next great movie (5/13/2009 6:09:21 PM)

I'm not sure I'd fork over the cash to pay for tickets to see this but I'd definitely waste a couple of hours if it were to show up on Sci-Fi.

:-)

slaveboyforyou -> RE: The next great movie (5/13/2009 6:26:46 PM)

I love B-movies, but I refuse to see anything with Lorenzo Lamas in it. I thought I'd never have to see his face again after that shitty t.v. show, Renegade

FangsNfeet -> RE: The next great movie (5/13/2009 8:17:16 PM)

I love watching impossible bull shit on TV. This movie is perfect for beer and pizza night. The creator of this is definetly going with the Bigger is Better theme. Quantity over Quality so to speak.

NuevaVida -> RE: The next great movie (5/13/2009 9:48:15 PM)

Seriously...who THINKS of this stuff??

People who sit back and go "What if?" And run with it regardless of how impossible it is in our reality.

What if a Big Blue Cat appeared in Clifford The Big Red Dog?

Most of us are always fasinated with wathcing animals square off on each other. The movies likes to make those animals just a little bit bigger to add suspense as it plays off on the fate of humanity.
