Clutter/ untidy maybe although you'd think they'd make an effort if they knew you were coming, dirty - I'd walk out.  My logic being - can't look after house - prob can't look after themselves - don't trust them to look after me!

Good LOL. And I'm not saying I shouldn't say it because it'd be supprising to some, but because it could bring a shit storm down onto myself I could just as well do with out, and that people may think eww you disgusting pig don't ever come my way lol, but I don't care if they don't like me cause I admit I am lazy and slovenly at times and it's not a mental illness and I can indeed help being that way.

Cleanliness is very important to me. I could not stay for a visit in an environment such as you described. I can tolerate slightly messy, but obvious odors, trash, etc. would force me to excuse myself.
