Victoria passed away last night, her family by her side, only a few hours after returning home to Canada. I have worked in the death and dying field for almost 32 years, I am fully convinced that she waited to get home and to let her family say good bye, before she left this world, on her journey to the next one. May she rest in peace and may her family be comforted by being able to have her home, where she belonged. " “They had to go through hoops,” he said of the family in an interview Tuesday afternoon. “People shouldn’t have to have questions asked on the floor of the House of Commons to get their loved one home safely.” "Mexico, and now Canada, are dealing with an outbreak of the swine flu. George-Pazzano’s family thought the epidemic was preventing her from being allowed home. In the House, Layton spoke about her connection to the outbreak." “According to the medical personnel, she has been nowhere near Mexico City. She contracted this critical bronchial attack prior to the outbreak of the flu and her condition is in no way medically linked to the flu outbreak,” he said. http://www.insidetoronto.ca/article/68022 mbmbn
