Shave your head bald, and put a pink ribbon around it, that is what most of us like best. Also, make sure the pink ribbon is tied in a perfect bow.

Personally I like longer hair. It's especially cute if its up in pig tails (2 pony tails). But you should ask your mistress. We're all different and enjoy different things.

I have to remain completely bald at all times and usually wear a bonnet or kerchief.
