Jinger -> Gender Swapping (Advice Please!) (4/21/2009 2:54:01 PM)

Hello!

My girlfriend and I love to experiment, but the fact is that we're some what stuck.
Though we never gave it much thought before, both of us have had erotic dreams where our genders have been switched.

She dreamed she was a boy, and I a girl...and vice versa.

We talked about it and love the idea of actually doing something. But I daresay we're not sure how to go about it.
Here are the pointers I'd love illuminated:

1. I myself have done plenty of crossdressing (and oh man I am so hot as a girl). And while she has dressed up as a guy for fun, the fact is that she is particularly defined in her female qualities. Any kind of facial hair on her looks like a joke.
...So what's a girl to do?

&

2. Seriously though, how is this going to work? Any ideas?

I'd watch 9 1/2 weeks again. If they can make Kim Basinger look like a guy, I'm sure it can be done.

What in the world are you 2 waiting for????  Both of you have a sex change and ride off into the sunset... just like in the movies.  The more I think aobut it the better i like it.  YOU give her/ soon to be a HIM your cock.  She will give her/that was a him a cunt.  Confused you won't be.  The saga continues...

My Mistress and I are going to be doing a gender swap for a drag show at the end of the month.  I'm still new at this, she has a lot more experience.  Notice your forum profile says "Rochester" but doesn't say what state.  If that's NY then you're only about an hour away from us.

Amazing things can be done with make up.  If full facial hair doesn't work on her perhaps she could try using a dark foundation on the cheeks and chin.  Don't put it on too heavy and fade it around the edges.  Then very lightly put on a foundation close to her natural skin tone.  With practice this could give the suggestion of a 5:00 shadow.  A bit of a darker shadow along the jaw line would also give the allusion of a sharper more angular face.

Hello Jinger,

Your post is as refreshing as the photos on your profile are
eye-catching  - you certainly do have the potential to make an adorable girl...kinda Mia Farrow like [:)]

Prince is one of the more feminine looking examples to draw from and yet he has an undeniable sensuality - perhaps googling him and his fantastic wardrobe might give you some ideas!

Have fun!

Is it so important that you both be passable? If so you may be missing the point… No reason you can't help her… you are and have been a man for many years.

I would say no makeup... hair hidden... tightly wrapped breasts... high loose shirt front...baggy pants... no painted nails.. learn the walk and mannerisms. No need to talk low just don't talk as much and think commanding in her voice.... do not sit with legs crossed or knees together... learn to cross legs like a man.

One bit of advice... do it now don't wait until you are older... hard enough when you have a young body...lol

I have done this both ways. The first time was my partner choosing what I wore and sending me out looking like a deranged hoody. I hated it.
The second was my way which was far more of a camp guy! I wore a well fitted suit, white shirt and tie and a trilby hat that I stuffed my hair underneath. I loved that.

She has to do it her way. She will have a vision of how she wants to look and its only her that can really put that together and carry it off.

BTW I love the pictures

Andalusite -> RE: Gender Swapping (Advice Please!) (4/22/2009 7:35:32 AM)

I crossdressed as a guy once at a gay bar, since a friend of mine asked me to. I figured there was no way I could pull off looking masculine, especially with facial hair, so I went for the androgynous "pretty Goth boy" look instead. I have long hair, so I put it up in a leather cap, no makeup, velvet shirt, PVC shorts with a small, flexible strap-on underneath. She helped me strap my chest down, and I borrowed her gothy leather platform boots (not a heel, but the whole thing making me about 3 1/2" taller). Even around people I'd known for a few months, nobody recognised me until I talked with them, and a few of the men there told me they thought I was a guy until I turned around and "my girl butt gave me away." Hips are harder to disguise than breasts are.

chamberqueen -> RE: Gender Swapping (Advice Please!) (4/22/2009 7:46:07 AM)

She can stuff a ball a socks in her pants.  Depending on the look you are going for she can tuck her hair up under a baseball cap.  You can wrap an Ace bandage around her breasts to make them not look so pronounced and she can wear a loose jacket.  If she normally wears nail polish and/or earrings have her remove those things.  It's not too hard to set the mood.

RumpusParable -> RE: Gender Swapping (Advice Please!) (4/22/2009 8:59:01 AM)

Correct makeup can make a female look more masculine, it's all about shading.  There are a Lot of instructions online on cross-dressing, drag and transexual passing.  I'd suggest searching all of them.  Also "genderfuck" is a good search word.

Goddess2002 -> RE: Gender Swapping (Advice Please!) (4/23/2009 3:26:41 AM)

Are you talking about gender "swapping" for public play or private?

SweetSapphirine -> RE: Gender Swapping (Advice Please!) (4/28/2009 10:59:11 PM)

Look at the pictures on my profile for some examples; in all of them, I'm crossdressing.

Some simple tips for her is to try and hide her jawbone and neck, to hide the fact that her jawbone is not squared ( though she could do this with makeup!) and that she doesn't have an Adam's apple.  If she wants to bind her chest, I would, ideally, suggest a professional chest binder. However, I don't know how long you and she are going to be indulging in the crossdressing, so it may not be cost effective. If you don't want to spend that kind of money, then ace bandages are a tried and true method for chest binding that, although not good for long-term use, will still give a passable effect. In my photos, I am using this method. Also, please note that it IS uncomfortable to bind, if you bind too tight, it will be difficult to breathe, and it does take some getting used to.  If you have any other questions, don't hesitate to ask! [:)]

Vendaval -> RE: Gender Swapping (Advice Please!) (4/29/2009 7:50:01 PM)

Those are some great idea, Andalusite.  My slave boy is a skilled cross dresser and looks great as a girl.  I have T&A and we have been discussing how to disguise that without resorting to really baggy clothes.

Jinger, I advise having someone who does stage make-up at a local theatre show you some basic techniques.

Andalusite -> RE: Gender Swapping (Advice Please!) (4/30/2009 8:39:33 AM)

Thanks, Vendeval! Another option I've discussed with a lady I know locally is to dress as a drag queen, so that they think that we're particularly good at "passing," but are actually men. So, very dramatic makeup/hair, falsies to make the "girls" even bigger, platform heel shoes for height, and a "swishy" exaggerated mannerism. Not something I'd want to do all the time, or that I might bother with in private, but in public at a gay bar or other place where trannies are welcome, I think it could be fun!

avond -> RE: Gender Swapping (Advice Please!) (5/4/2009 3:11:23 PM)

You could make it sexy by not overdressing as a girl and a boy, but swapping the dominant specifics of male-style dressing and the submissive of 'female-style' dressing. What I mean is: when a girl wears a leather jacket, jeans and big strong boots (like 'spanish' boots), she looks very strong and dominant, but still keeps the beauty and style of a female.
If the man has to wear panties, a short pink skirt and cute high heels (or ballerina shoes), he will look very female and submissive next to that woman in leather jacket, jeans and boots. Especially if she behaves like a sexually dominant man, putting her hand on his behind or even feeling him up under his dress.

Hope this can be helpful to you.
