Status: offline 		wondering what kind of reaction i would get if i offered free room and board for a female or post op ts who happens to be a sub or slave?
located in central fl
just an idea. i have lots of room since i nolonger train slaves for other people.
and it seams that i can only find the cheating wives club or people only looking for kink.
again just an idea running through my head.

Status: offline 		What is your motivation?  I mean, what are you looking for?  To be nice... for a roommate or submissive?  You aren't too clear in what you are seeking to do here, which makes me wonder if you trained submissive's with the lack of being clear in thought, intent and communicating it all.

Status: offline 		like i said just an idea bouncing aroubd in my head did not think alot about it .but i am gone from home alot now and having a person of the like mind set to come home to and looking after my home would be nice. roommate or sub would be fine.

Status: offline 		Then before you set out to change anything, you might want to get it clear in your mind and present it exactly as it is or for what it is.  You leave room for doubt... hang on to your ass or they should be doing so.  How do you know that someone you might share some common ground with, will leave your stuff in the place when you are gone and they have free reign?

This is an odd way to find someone to come home to... but that is just my opinion, based on my time doing the roommate thing... and finding low rent with a pervy guy who wanted more than rent, who wasn't very good at communication.

OP, you say you just want someone to keep the house clean... so why wouldn't you let a man stay there free? ;)

Status: offline 		I'll tell you exactly what kind of women might take you up on that offer.  Women with emotional/psychological problems, women with extremely bad credit histories,  women hiding out from the law, women with alcohol and/or drug addictions........I could keep going, but I think you get my drift.  You better be careful dangling a carrot out like that.  You might move some girl in with you, then come home and find all your stuff has mysteriously disappeared along with the girl.

Status: offline 		actually this seems to be a kinda common offer on this site and CL. I guess Im the target populous for it - being a full time student and all. Some have offered free room/board in exchange for housekeeping and light cooking. But it gets sticky after that. can the girl be free to have guests over, is she your submissive? are you trying to build something? live in and then relationship = drama.  the only situation where I see this working...if this girl was a nonsexual roommate, unowned. this way she may understand hearing weird noises from your other companions, or see the odd toy laying around and not freak from a regular roommie. Then you would need specific drawn up duties in a lease written out (even tho she isnt paying..have a lease). write out what she is responsible for, in details "ex: kitchen, bathroom, bedroom floors. dusting. windows. and by when. and if need her to cook..what meals? and times? may also want to considure a security deposit too......like regular renters. so if she does trash your stuff, theres still 500$ to fall back on? Just a thought. THEN do a background check. 40 bucks online..will save you. then do a credit check. have her  do it with you if you want, then block out info like SSN so she can protect herself.  just basically...be very explicit in what you want. make sure she understands it. dont move a sweet little coed in and expect a BJ comes with dinner...without telling her that.

Status: offline 		Yeah, because anyone that comes into my home isn't getting free room and board. She isn't able to come and go as she pleases, she isn't allowed to have anyone she wants come over, she will be doing some cleaning and yard work........

And, she had better love it!

Oh yeah, she will have sex with me. Whether she likes it or not.

Status: offline 		I've rented space to friends.  Even with rent coming in, it's always tough for me to see them spill something onto the carpet... leave the doors open when it's cold outside... have a SO over when I'm single... you get the idea.  If there was no rent, I'd be resenting them all the time.
