I don't see a problem as long as you are up front about your expectations and you have some degree of trust in the person. I'm actually staying with someone right now. I get free room and board, and in return I keep the house up. I wasn't asked to do that but feel that it's only right that I give something back for the right to live here. You should both know before going into it whether there is an expectation that you will be play partners (I'm living with someone vanilla so that isn't an issue) and if there is any unacceptable behavior (for instance, you may not allow smoking in the house). You'll have to be careful with your choice because some people are true users, but not everyone is. I know I always try to give more than I take, and there are plenty more like me out there.
