Ya'll oughta try dealing with whiney, stupid State employees.....some of the things they actually expect our department to do....the other night, a nitwit called in and asked if I'd send on officer up to the Governor's floors and turn off the coffee pots that THEY left on when they were there earlier!!!!! My officer's response..."Let the suckers burn!".....of course, he went on up and turned the damn things off...sometimes public service really sucks! I've been tempted to put up a "bang head HERE" sign, but the problem with that is they'd be forever coming down to patch the hole in the wall! [:)]

I have always felt that stupidity should hurt the stupid. But then again i have been stupid on occasion, so maybe not.[:)] manxy

My (ex)husband told me that during Hurricane Ike the next door neighbor, who had never been in a hurricane before, showed up on his doorstep to say that one of the transformers blew out and that he'd called 911 to report it. [sm=ofcourse.gif] (how this guy managed to avoid being forcefully relocated to the next state over is beyond my comprehension)
