MissMorrigan -> Pride in Brighton - Who's attending? (4/2/2009 8:15:41 AM)

Each year Brighton hosts the annual Pride festival, this year's theme will be Pride Beside The Seaside, which is fitting. Who has plans to attend this year or even take part?

Pride Festival

Reality and I will be supporting, and we'd love to meet anyone else attending.

I'll be there in spirit. You know how much I miss Brighton, that old den of iniquity *sigh*.

Aw, Kitt, hopefully you can get your cute arse back here in future years. we'd love to meet you. I adore Brighton, especially where I live now, the architecture here is amazing, too, but more than anything, I love the diversity of culture.

All the way through the middle [;)]

Thank you, Stella, we wouldn't miss it.

Last year was hilarious, the festival rocked... but what was so funny was the road where we live. As it's so close to the venue itself we had almost naked guys oiled up and displaying themselves by exercising in the most bizarre ways against the local church wall/and along the wall of our house... Reality walked very quickly that day!

I wish I could make it. I was an exchange student at Sussex ages ago and still miss dear old Brighton.

*** Advance warning ***

This is to let those interested know that I'm bringing the theatre down and staging a performance at The World's End in London Road, Brighton during Brighton Pride in the evening.

Gosh, just a very short walk from me - it seems a decent pub and has a good reputation. Please do let me know which date you'll be there as I believe Pride runs from 25th to 2nd August. We're looking forward to the performance and of course, meeting your good self, Stella.

I'm not that proud of Brighton I think they could have done better with their road network...

Ah, the town that has more traffic lights than London has one-way systems. Thankfully I don't drive, I rely on public transport and get about far quicker than most drivers.
