I saw a question that possed on another site about tats  or tamp stamps or what ever you call them  but I saw this documentary on making porn
and what i though was interesting  is   most of them stars did not have tats    in alot of the bdsm films   is more appealing with out or with
just curious

I'm turned off when people have too many tats, and in porn it really makes people look cheap.  A few artful and meaningful ones can be very alluring.  But I don't like it when someone is just plastered with tats.

i want some alot but donno what i would want that i would be ok with being there in 30 some years later, let alone costs. i think they look great on people depending on the quality and style, the homemade/prison ones pretty much always look like shit tho

I like them, I have 3 myself, but I have them in places where I can choose to show them or choose to cover them. On guys I think they
look hot, on females I prefer for them to be discreet, but that's probably more to do with how people judge other people and put them
in catergory's. However in saying that, my daughter has about 8 of them and probably half of them she can not hide, and I like all of hers,
but maybe that's because I know and love her [;)], however I know other people who do not know her had judged her and put her in a
certain box because of them.

I like 'em personally.  Although possibly not facial tats.  (I knew a guy that had "ACAB" tattooed on his forehead.  That's possibly a bit too extreme for me).  It all comes down to personal aesthetic preferences.

Hmmm Tattoos, seams like a decent enough topic for me to make my first real post outside the introduce yourself sections... Right on topic... I have 1 Tattoo it has a very important meaning to me. So in my point of view if its got a profound meaning then I understand the need to have a keepsake or memento. So a close and personal tattoo I find respectable, but you see convicts with big crosses or the pciture of the person(s) the injured, or these "punk" persons plastered with them, I find it distasteful and a descration of the temple our soul, spirit, life force, or what ever you call it, dewells in. This body of mine has been modified by life, surgery and Masterly intent and will, in time, have a tattoo or two.

i would rather see real people, warts, tattoos, scars and all, in porn than screen divas with skin and physique i have no chance of emulating, in situations that because of the aforementioned body image appear unreal to me.

really good feed back  some like to make fashion statements with them just was curious for me i do not like tats all over cute ones are ok that mean something or just not your last doms markings or everyone you slept with i knew someone like that lol that is a bit much

I'm not a fan, personally. I kind of expect them and ignore them in porn because you kind of expect tattoos on porn stars. I find them slightly more of a turn-off than improper shaving, but slightly less of one than butt-pimples.

I am not into body piercings.  Tattoos need to be artistic, classy and well placed for me to like them.

I would surmise Latexbaby64 that some of the porn 'stars' had tats which were covered by makeup.  It is just a fucking movie afterall and yes they actually use stuff like makeup and special effects.

An unmarked body in a porn movie is kind of like why a Las Vegas casino doesn't have artwork on the gaming floor.  It would only be a distraction from the stuff that makes the money.

I have no markings on my body other than what time, experience, and nature has left but my Master has two full sleeves and they are wonderful and never a distraction for me personally.  He has my undivided attention.

tattoos! - i was trying to work out what tats were - i was thinking tits until the elephant man said too many are a turn off and LT said she didnt like them regardless of gender - it was fun trying to decipher that for a while, ((i need to get a life [&o]

i was watching miami ink last night and some of the tats on there were incredible.  i think they look fabulous on the right people, im just not sure who the right people are, just on some people they look amazing and on others they dont.  i think you need to find a genuine artist like Ami (i could be tatted by him all day long!!)

We have an advert that runs here on UK tv for cookware. The ad says buying the cookware is the best thing to do unlike other life choices made many years ago. It goes on to show a woman in her 70's with wrinkled skin and a tattoo around the top of her arm. It probably looked great in her younger days but certainly does not look good at that age (obviously not a real tattoo but done for the ad but realistic all the same).

I think maybe if people thought ahead to their golden years and considered what their tattoos would look like then perhaps they would change their minds about getting them done. Not something I would consider having done although I do have 3 strategically placed piercings which have caused us a few giggles recently due to the number of scans I have been having. Have had to dash to the loo a couple of times in the hospital because we forgot to take them out!

I think either a subtle tat or an all over body job... I love watching Miami Ink and London Ink.. and as an art form I think tattooing is the ultimate I really do.
I don't have a tattoo... have resisted having an ownership mark so many times. Who knows I might do as a celebration of when I hit the next decade of my life.
But in unusual places...

Tats that tell a story or have a genuine meaning to the wearer I like rather than those which are just a fashion statement.  I have two tats, one on each forearm from my days with the Australian Military; one will be touched up and encircled with Celtic Knot-work. The other will be touched up to depict a red silk slave and the Japanese kanji for Master placed under it and surrounded by Celtic Knot-work. I am planning a Celtic design for shoulder to shoulder on my back with on the left shoulder blade a skeleton wearing a green beanie, smoking a cigar, riding a hog and carrying an M60 (For my time with the US Spec Forces) and on the other shoulder blade a two tiered picture with the base being a native America Warrior the middle tier is the head of a grizzly depicting my name and it’s origins. This has been planned and brooded over for same time and hopefully the work starts this year.

Porn wise, I have no interested in such things these days and why should I when I han have it real life?

next girl who graduates from a slave collared to my home into my personal collar will have a small tat 1" x 1" tattood high on her left outer thigh (My "Brand") and another triangular tattoo on her pubis, the pattern being one I designed as a "Bond Spell Mark" .
