Underground station has some nice heels.  http://www.undergroundstation.com/

I agree with Fredrick's of Hollywood.  Also try How Cool.com  http://howcool.com/catalog/index.php?cPath=25&osCsid=fnn01qpsjpgnhfnq0mvtj52kf7

Always a fan of sandals (And, while not sexy Birkenstocks rock!).  There are, of course, lots of sexy sandals.  Men seem to prefer elevation to such things; does nice things to the legs and butt as well as alters the gait.
Lots of talk of Victorias Secret.  I haven't gotten any of their shoes but I've found their quality of lingerie to have plummeted in the past several years to the point where, as I was reading through the posts, I was pondering is Fredericks more tacky still or has VS bowed down to cheeziness (With the exception of their high end pieces).

http://www.fashionising.com/trends/b--Shoes-in-2009-Shoe-Trends-for-SpringSummer-2009-1488.html here's a pretty well done list of 2009 spring/summer shoe trends. I'm stoked on the fringe, less stoked on the bondage shoes. Also, while I hate the tie up/strappy shoes, I'm really happy that embelishments and architectural styles are going to be big this season :)
