Find someone else you can never have that is alone for the weekend. Take her out for a nice dinner. Thank her for her company. Go home. Take a cold shower. Should be good for 2 or 3 hours.

Okay, what is a 'fruitfly' in CM parlance; I've heard it a couple of times across the past couple of days but haven't come across it before.
OP: I'm not taking the time to read your profile and think that this is all more than a little wank-fest-ish but I'm feeling like avoiding housework at the moment, so here's a suggestion: you're naked, on your knees, crawling around, doing the housecleaning details that suck the most (Dusting baseboards, cleaning cat boxes, etc.) and if you do a decent job, you're allowed to touch yourself but not to climax, edging repetitiously and if you do disobey and climax, then...

ya know, you are supposed to be a young collegs like stud student, I'm thinking a good teasing and denial might be to clean up your dormsuite---denies you outside fun and at the same time adds a little sadism for your roomies who come home and can't find anything--wow dude what's that smell??? Fabreeze??
