there has now been a lot of threads about making your own flogger, so how about collecting everyones "recipes" to homemade toys here? I have made some wooden buttplugs with a lathe, and wrapped a balloon/condom around it to get a smooth surface..

I've made wooden insertable toys on my lathe as well. Try using a close grained wood. Maple works really well, sand the snot outta it, then at least five coats of polyuerathane, and it'll be insertion friendly. I make floggers, but it's more a profession sorta deal. I also make wood paddles, but I don't sell them anymore. I can't match the finish quality and still compete price wise with Toybag. A fun toy that I came up with, is a lead sap. I use a thick piece of veg tanned leather up the middle, sew buffalo on both sides of the veg tanned, just before the last few stitches, pack fine lead shot on either side of the veg tanned center piece. This design is semi rigid, and holds its shape well without turning into a sock with lead in one end. All the other saps I have ever seen used a solid chunk of lead which I think is kinda cheesey.

I posted this once before,making ball gags out of the giant super balls(drill a hole) then use leather necklace lacing(wal-mart bead section) for the tie. Small skewers and rubber bands make a form of humbler you can use on nipples,larger skewers work on cock and balls. Hair clips can be used on nipples,clits and dicks. 5 gallon paint stirrers either plain wood or covered in leather work REALLY well. If I look around the Dungeon here I'm sure I can find more things I have used...lol cat collars make great cock rings...get one with a bell and your subby must wear it out,I think he should do some hopping so We can hear that bell...lmao

I have for costumes:prisoner,boxer short tux,french maid and a tarzan cloth. For Me I have a Goddess gown,for the pampering days [:)] I get My cloth blindfolds at the wal-mart fabric department,the over cut bin.I also get lace for cock and/or titty bondage,the textures can vary so much. I even made My own potty chair and spreader bars.

I love my homemade/el cheapo toys..then I can make them to match various outfits hmmmm colour matching Ping pong paddles covered with fun fur one side velvet on the other shock cord stripped down to the black rubber folded through a D-ring and plaited down into a handle ... rubber tubing with a caulked end for a handle ... bike inner tube floggers and quirts .....

I agree with you regarding wooden plugs. Hardwood,fine grasined is the essential raw material. Saningwith awoodfillerweill getrid of all the hairs. Then a series of Gel coats to provide a smooth chemically inactive, yet transparent surpace, and you end up with a peice which looks so good, yet it perfect before and after use. Frankly, lead weighted saps scare me to death. I have seen far too much deep tissuedamage and bruised organsandbone to be in favor of their useage. I takes only clotted artery or even a major vein to produce permanent irrvesible injury or even death. I carried oneall the timeI worker for a living. They do wonerswhen judicially applied to a shin or kneecap.
