I've opened an account and have uploaded a few pics. I received the approvals emailed to me from CM.
I can't see them on my account.
At one time someone else said they could see them. I don't know if she could see all of them.
I seem to have only one window left to upload a pic.
When I first opened the account I had about 9 I think. I can't really remember now but it was close to that.
I want to know why I can't see my pics and what I might be able to do about it.
At the very least how can I contact CM to let them know there's a problem that I don't know how to resolve.
And why's that vanilla cone under my name? That's not me.

Did you get an approval for each photo?
As far as the cone, it is based on how many posts you have.  It'll go away eventually.

The odd thing is that someone did send me an email saying they enjoyed the pics on my profile. I never saw them and now they're gone? It's frustrating. Especially seeing as how there seems to be no way of contacting CM.

From what I am aware, those that vett the images are volunteers, meaning the images might take longer to appear if there is no one available to do the voluntary job. But if your photos are not approved and you are inline with the guidlines, resubmit them until they are approved. You have to remember those that vett imagery are only human, and they like you are subject to good days and bad, good moods and bad moods, what might be accptable one day, might not be the next, so just resubmit, no problem.

Just remember to stick with the site's accepted guidlines and there should be no problems.

One of the confusing things is that someone told me once that they viewed my profile and liked the pics. I'm taking that to mean at one time they were viewable to someone anyway.

Also, I got the approval emails from CM too.

Now it seems I only have room for one pic left since that is all the windows it gives me to submit. When I first opened account it gave me multiple windows. You know with the browse button off to the right of it to browse your hard drive for the photo?

you have to designate which position the pic will appear in.  if you assign one as your main, then submit another without clicking on the drop dpwn menu to assign in to another position, you'll simply replace your main pic.

There are some accounts on CM that will say they like the pics but have no idea of what the English words are that they are using.  They copy a phrase from somewhere and post it to a lot of us.  You can say "not interested" to them and they will come right back with other English words they don't know.

So just because someone emailed that they liked your pics - doesn't prove there were pics.

Wow, no way to get ahold of CM? There is a link on the bottom of EVERY page on the other side. Click it and type. I imagine they would be better equipped to answer than the users here. I will say, and this might save you a letter, if you picked number 1 with the first picture, and skipped main photo, you have no primary, and secondary photos are only visible when there is an approved primary on the account.   If you are saying there is only one window to submit pictures, that's what I'm betting is happenning. There is a drop down right arrow where you select up to 14 pictures on your profile (again, one has to be in primary position and has to be an approved primary photo for others to show). Make sure you click update on the bottom of the page after EVERY picture you are uploading, or Greedy is right, you are wasting your time. Welcome to the site! Again, in the future, there is a button at the bottom of the page marked support. There is also a help link you can click on the left of your home page. That link is extremely helpful.
