I was actually referred here by a friend, to learn more about D/s (I think I got the shorthand right) things.
I never previously self-identified as a "Dom" but after dating a woman who was a submissive who I think was leaning towards the consensual slave end of the spectrum and more or less being taken by surprise by it, I have decided to learn more. After my then-GF "came out" (is that the right way to put it?, please excuse me if it's not) that she was a sub, she did tell me that she started dating me because she thought I either was a Dom or at least had the traits of one. Sadly I moved away before we really had a chance to explore it further.
I asked a friend from college who I knew was into this scene about it, and she said "Yeah, I could see you as a Dom, but never asked" and she referred me here.
So now I am here, just to learn and who knows where it will go from there.
