Indeed...I'm confident this will be moved to some other location...however...I'm equally as confident this is "Off Topic".

Kinda covers what everyone is thinking about the latest political / save our asses / latest stimulus.....everything else...

I, too, vote for funny.
The name is like that 70's shampoo called "Gee, Your Hair Smells Terrific".
I am guessing this is from Saturday Night Live which is also the source of another scatological commercial parody: Colon Blow, starring the great Phil Hartman. In case you have never seen it:
