GeminiDominant -> closing accounts (2/15/2009 8:25:11 AM)

How long does it take to close an account on here?

GreedyTop -> RE: closing accounts (2/15/2009 8:26:51 AM)

as long as it takes to click on the 'my account' button and then the 'close account' button, I'd imagine.

peppermint -> RE: closing accounts (2/15/2009 8:35:38 AM)

Have done just that...one click and account gone forever...no turning back or a chance to undo what has been done.

JustDarkness -> RE: closing accounts (2/15/2009 8:36:57 AM)

..and if you regret..make a new one.no big deal (and don't forget to inform people you talk with)

Lockit -> RE: closing accounts (2/15/2009 8:39:45 AM)

Some get it done as fast as it takes a spouse to walk into the room...

GreedyTop -> RE: closing accounts (2/15/2009 8:40:07 AM)

I've always found it weird though, you close your account..yet the FORUM account is still open and isn't closed so even though you may have deleted your account on collarme.com you can still be active in the forums on collarchat.com ...funky[8|]

IrishMist -> RE: closing accounts (2/15/2009 8:55:30 AM)

about a second....a click of the mouse and BAM...account closed

prpackaged -> RE: closing accounts (2/15/2009 8:59:14 AM)

Was the correct question asked? Are you looking to close the account or are you looking to delete all of your activities by closing your account. Best to contact someone whe works for CM and ask them for guidance.

GreedyTop -> RE: closing accounts (2/15/2009 9:00:30 AM)

even if he closes the account, any posts he's made here will remain.

MasterShake69 -> RE: closing accounts (2/15/2009 6:54:17 PM)

someone new can then create an new account on collarme using that old name.  However all the old previous messageboard posts are now connected to the new person using the old name.
