Okay, I am sitting here thinking of a thread for Valentine's Day! [;)] Marriage and who asks who? I have been married one time, and my ex-husband asked me. If I ever get married again, I would love to ask him! Ladies? Would you be bold enough to ask the man you love to marry you? Men? How would you feel if your lady popped the question, FIRST? [:D] All is fair in love and war!

why should it be only the man who asks? i don't think it matters who asks, or even if the question is marriage. committment is what matters. PM

Well, me personally, He did the asking himself. I honestly cant say whether or not I would have had the balls to ask Him to marry me. I am usually afraid of rejection, even if I do know that the end result is in my favor. About a week ago, however His best friend asked her own boyfriend to marry her. (He said yes.)
