..... it can work Michael - you have to cut the hole for your own tool. hope you're handy with a razor knife. If you make the hole a bit tight, it will work like a cock ring ( until it stretches out a bit )

I own one of these.  The model I bough rides high, so I don't need to cut a hole to use both my natural cock and the artificial one.

I also suggest getting a one that lets you easily switch the penetration unit.

I use the dildo above my Unit or in the same hole as my Unit, and my body keeps it in place and moves it, but your idea is one which has been pondered by many and I am sure you can find a great one to modify or use as is.

Hmmmm, I have seen items like this on the market but as I don't have the same equipment that you do naturally, I haven't paid as much attention to the DP harnesses as the standard ones.
I'd bet a custom job is in order.  Thinking about both male and female physiology and variance in positions, I would think it cool to create a harness (Or harnesses) to hold a toy phallus above or underneath your natural endowments and use what you have naturally for anal penetration and use the toy for vaginal penetration; seems that you would have more control and ease of use with that sort of arrangement.

Of course I don't have any websites, but I do remember that Good Vibrations had a dildo harness set up like that back in the day... Honestly, for it to work without the endless annoying SHIFTING of harnesses, I would go with a custom model.
