I'm a 30 year old man in the Buffalo, NY area.  Dominance intrigues me greatly and alternate lifestyles in general have been on my mind for years, yet I have not explored them.  I've read some things, I've talked with some people, and now I'm ready to explore.  It is my hope that this website will lead me to new friends, and wonderful new experiences.

Welcome to the forums. I've learned a lot from the threads here and made friends here and found my local bdsm groups through here, so it can be a great way to find some of what you're looking for.

www.greenerypress.com  has a lot of bdsm nonfiction books that may also help you find what resonates best with you and what you may be looking for in a potential partner.

*grins* You're very welcome. I've got quite a few books found at Greenery Press and they have really helped me in discovering what might work for me and fit me and adding to that my experiences locally at events and the friends I've made has just made this an awesome journey for me so far. I am amazed, looking back, at all I have learned and how I've grown and evolved, and the discoveries I've made about myself. I decided not to limit my avenues of learning. The boards here, books, and yahoo groups as well as local groups have been invaluable in my growth, priceless.
