Well
the stars are going to give Us a show tonight so Im reminding all
you star gazers to break out the skeeter spray and go sit out and
watch the stars. For Me it will be the last chance to see sum sky for
a while as two damn hurricains threaten My HOME here in Florida
and currently is beating My HOME in Jamaica with 110 mile per hour
winds...... I hope the night sky will bring Me sum relaxing thoughts
as I sit and bare out the wait to hear from My Family back Home and
then sit out what Hits Us here.[&o]

What is the occasion tonight Dread?

I usually pay attention and like to catch all the shows I can, but have been a bit out of the loop as of late due to several family emergency's.

I have not watched the news since early yesterday either, did Charles develop? Is that the hurricane you are awaiting? I recall hearing the thought that it may turn nasty.

I'll be gazing with you from Upper East Tennessee. Sorry to hear about the hurricanes. I've never cared much for Florida myself, always loved the mountains. Might be a good time to visit Tennessee, Dread. [;)]

M. BBT - the Perseid meteor shower - any time between 2 and 4ish am tonight (the 12th) your local time should be a good show (according to Jack Horkimer(sp?), Stargazer) - and no full moon this year to blot out most of them
