I googled it, and came across a Wiki entry on it. The only one that seems to "fit" is "Black and Minority Ethnic persons or groups". But, dont quote me on it. I could be wrong.

The only BME I know of off the top of my head is "Body Modification E-Zine" but somehow, I don't think that's it!
