The Committee for Indiana Honest Money is happy to announce that their proposed legislation, "The Indiana Honest Money Act", has been introduced to the Indiana General Assembly today. The bill was submitted by Senator Greg Walker of District 41, (R-Columbus), and has been assigned to the Senate Tax and Fiscal Committee for reading, review and consideration. The bill as submitted is Senate Bill 453 (SB453), and specifically adds: "ARTICLE (4-) 8.3. GOLD AND SILVER COIN AND ELECTRONIC CURRENCY".
