and I immediately thought "my God, there's an eHow of THAT?" Is that like, Rule 35 of the Internet? "If it exists, there's a how-to somewhere?" (Rule 34 of the Internet being, of course, "if it exists, there is porn of it.") I appreciate honest and open information, this just tickled my sense of the absurd. Now I have this image dancing in my head of CBT pointers sitting on the shelf at about.com next to the knitting patterns and instructions for online air reservations. It's sitting next to the image of a lady standing with a tied-up man and a computer printout, reading "okay, step one..."
