If you have 91 minutes to spare and have any interest in abuse, stalking or mental health, I am sure I won't be alone in having a response to this!  I don't know how you will react, but still after about half an hour, I am trembling inside, my eyes well with tears, breathing gets difficult at moments and I am stunned.  I am rarely affected by things like this, but this I won't forget for a very long time.

I remember the story in the 1970's and thinking it insane.  I remember seeing the couple and thinking... my god... how does this happen?  Today I am still wondering.

Then I think of how many people I have known, sick, vulnerable, living in poverty... and maybe that is what shakes me up so very much.  I am not sure about the message this sends or how healthy it could be... or sick... but it is a documentary I won't forget.

I am not sure how many will watch this... or respond... and almost didn't post it, but half an hour later I am still shaking... so thought I would. What do you think?

Darn... okay, here is a review that tells a bit of the story.

http://www.cinematical.com/2007/01/21/sundance-review-crazy-love/

It can be seen at Sundance.com tomorrow as well at ten am.

Another review and where the movie can be bought.

I guess my carrier provide a free screening of the movie and that is why the link doesn't work.

I loved this film.  I started a thread on it as soon as I saw it but couldn't get any takers to discuss it

Well I did manage to watch it last night.  I cant believe she went on to marry him.

Still going to watch it on sundance since I taped it so it can watch it without interruptions.
