Is it normal to get 300+ messages a day? I can not possible wade through all of these messages, please reply to me in this forum post.

From what I've heard, the Dommes on CM tend to get inundated as you gals are in a minority with a huge majority of men looking for you. I believe there is a way you can set up automated reply messages, though I'm not sure exactly how. Hopefully someone with more information will hop in here soon!

Thanks T1981. It is just not possible to respond (or even read!) 10% of the messages I am getting.

It is normal for a blonde dominant with a hot pic. You'll be off the new users list in a month or so, and the quantity of mail will go down soon, even before then. You could set up filters, to send a lot of the mail to your bulk folder. However, if you want to participate in these forums, that might not be a good idea, because people do send mail just to reply to posts or make friends, and you would be sending them to bulk, too. The flip side is that most men on the site have empty mailboxes, day after day. It's not perfect, that's for sure, but it's the best thing I've found on the internet.

I got over 200 in less than twenty four hours with no picture and very little profile information and I did answer them all. Took a while... but out of that and the next day and the next... there isn't one person I am still talking to! If you talk to other's... and see who is contacting them when they start or watch as you continue to get emails from certain people over and over again... you see that most that have emailed a new profile contact anyone in their area and then some and are pretty much looking for a quick wank hook up. Don't worry about it. Don't take it personally... they don't tend to, and wait until things settle down a bit to see the cream of the crop... even then it can be a challenge! Also... watch for the one's that hit you up as soon as you log on... you might see some familiar nicks there as well! Despite some of the not so fun things... this is a great site with some great people. I hope you enjoy your time! Welcome!

Yep, I got that much mail when I first signed up and all I used was an average photo of the real, middle-aged me. Edited to add that I assume the OP just started this thread to drum up business. Anyone posting a photo not of herself is most likely trawling for dollars. Or maybe I'm just being cynical again.

Proof again of the old adage "If it looks too good to be true, it probably isn't"! And if the picture wasn't enough proof, then the signature at the end of "her" posting saying something like: if interested check me out at the following website (I can't remember the site exactly and sadly "she" has departed our company) should have been. The good news is that I suspect getting deleted for using a stolen picture will teach "her" a valuable lesson.
