I'm assuming it means "adult nursing relationship". Perhaps her milk dried up?

Indeed, ANR is "Adult Nursing Relationship" - Adult Breastfeeding.

For any interested in bringing themselves or another to lactaction for erotic purposes, it was a great site resource.
