Howdy everybody. I just found this site and it seemed appropriate for me to join. I am new to the lifestyle. I had for a long time dreamed of becoming a Master and I am proud to say that as of 2 weeks ago I am. It wasn't something I had planned it just sort of happened.

But I do have to say that being a Master isn't something that "just happens". It sounds like you are a Dom in your first D/s relationship. Congratulations and enjoy.

As DarkSteven says, you are a dominant as of 2 weeks ago, you might not be a Master just yet.

After reading your statement I would have to agree with you...I am not a master but I am most definetly a Dom. Also I would add that I may not be a master as of now but I am determined to learn what it takes and I feel that my first step is to put myself as the master in my own mind in order to become the master.

While having qualities relating to being more of a Dom or more of a sub tends to be an inborn thing it still can take a lot of trial and error to really learn to be the best Dom that you can be. Go with your instincts, since this is your first D/s relationship it will be a learning experience for both of you so always be open to adapting things to what really works for both of you, and best of luck to you :)
It's always helpful to try to find your local community, or at least network with others online, to get ideas of how others function and thrive in this lifestyle. But when it comes down to it you'll find your individual Topping style.
