I don't follow that the women are not *allowed* to reveal anything. Are there some rules somewhere that I don't know about that say that unless the female is in a certain degree of dress it doesn't qualify as CFnm?
In my life I wear or don't wear whatever I wish and I have veto power over my pet's clothing (though usually he wears what he likes in daily life.) It's no matter of protocol or anything, but generally when we are doing anything where his submission is the focus, he's naked. I occasionally disallow him articles of clothing otherwise (though it doesn't work so well in winter), and he always sleeps naked although I think he did that before we were together.
I have a big issue with anybody I'm with 'allowing' me things. It's one of my few hot buttons since I don't like being permissed about things for myself. I'm very big on consent when it comes to my rights/access to somebody else, but I don't like being told that I can do things, especially when it feels like they're trying to guide what I'm doing to them or otherwise.

I had thought about having the boy be naked at the party I threw for him. I wanted to put him by the door naked, on his knees with his hands bound behind his back, in sensdep and muzzled. I had the whole vision going in my head thinking about how humiliating (but very, very arousing) it'd be for him to know people could see him and witness his submission without him knowing who it was or what was going on. It didn't happen since in-action it wasn't practical (people trickle in to parties so he'd've had to have been there for nearly an hour, plus he would've gotten cold as it was early Dec), and it just didn't pan out. It was lovely to think about, though.
Thing is, that had nothing to do with CF/nm even though he'd've been the only person naked at that point as over the night other sub-types were naked also. What it *was* was a sign of his submission to my will and my ownership of his body. He has given himself to me knowing that I won't abuse my Ownership. I know he wants to be put in the position where he's displayed like that, but he sees it the way I do, that it's about submission, not clothing.
