Status: offline 		There is a kelp-based powder that you can mix with water, its non-toxic and even edible but girl would not recommend eating it. They use it to make masks, girl has used before when had a chance to do some street theater. Mistress likes that sort of thing.
Anyways, you can pick up at any makeup retailer. Sorry girl can not remember its name. Certainly better than using liquid latex or rubber to get your reverse cast.

Status: offline 		Alginate.... dental molding compound.  Commonly used to make a mold of the mouth for fabricating dentures.  Non toxic and sets in minutes and cures in a day.

Wonderful stuff to play with and excellent for making molds of faces and body parts for prosthetic makeup.  You use the dental mold compound to make a negative of the body part you want to modify.  Then use plaster of Paris to make a positive.

Use modeling clay to sculpt what you want on the positive  (say a mold of your face) then spray with mold release (cooking oil actually works quite well) and then cast another negative of the modified parts.  (more plaster of paris)  Then you have a two part mold.

Remove the clay from the positive.  Put mold release on both parts.  Pour in liquid latex in a compatible skin tone and put the two parts together and let the latex cure.

Now, you have a custom form fitting prosthetic makeup piece in whatever form you desire.... 

You attach the latex pieces with spirit gum and use makeup to blend in with the skin tone.  A good stage makeup artist can blend things to where it looks very real even up close.

Elf ears and Klingon forhead pieces are most common for the scifi set.  You can now look the part for your kinky rough trade Klingon sex.  I remember giggling a bit over a shop in the Castro section of San Francisco that did custom chest pieces for transvestites.  (The things sailors can find when wandering around a city on a port call.)

Status: offline 		Dental alginate is the way to go, many casters use it, in fact I recently saw a demo at college where an artist was using the stuff to collect kisses from the audience. The kisses were then prepared for casting in small cubes of clear glass. Yes, she did do an alginate casting of her vagina, it was there, the whole lot, inside as well, very nice.
