"A full moon is set to occur closer to the Earth on Friday evening than it has done for the past 15 years.
The Moon's elliptical orbit means its distance from the Earth is not constant.
It will be a little over 350,000km away as it passes over the northern hemisphere, which is about 30,000km closer than usual.
If the sky is clear it will appear brighter and larger than usual, say astronomers. "

So go out there and enjoy it tonight!

Very cool! We are planning on a ceromony of our own too.

I wish we were in Ft. Myers. My best friend just put in a Labrynith at his UU church down there. Ours up here does not have enough land being in the city to do one. *pouts*

Gwyn

Awesome!

"This moon phase(full) is the time of abundance, ripening and completeness - fertile and shining with the full power of feminine secrets and mysteries..."

And the labrynith represents the divine femine as well so very powerful! This labryrinth i did tonight was indoors, in a chapel filled with candles and huge arched windows. It was beautiful and the energy was amazing. The answer to my "walk" was not what i was expecting but it rings true[:)]

That makes three of us Gwyn. I was planning to indulge in some deep meditation and may also get into some dream walking also. If it's ok with you and also with Dawn, I'd like to ask the guardians to send warm blessings your way.

bear,

you are a love[:)]
