personally i believe you should try your darnest to create a friendship with your child's father. it is vital that you and he be able to communicate for the child's sake. put the past in the past. the child IS the future and the most important! the relationship with your X is over. do not clutter the child's life with that dirty laundry. i speak from experience. my X and i are not enemies, but we are civil so our children had a peaceful childhood. now that they are adults they have us both to rely on!
