Status: offline 		I can't say anything.  Slave has a picture of me in my dress blues (many many MANY moons ago!)....so any snark about "then and now" would boomerang pretty badly!

But I am in my heyday!?

One of the things I said to the photographer for our recent shoot was that the pictures would come in handy about 30 years from now, to show the great grandkids I wasnt always a grey haired wrinkly old biddy. I am of course banking on societal attitudes having changed quite a bit by then, given the nature of said photos.

Status: offline 		Wow, I'm a little blown away....Charlotte Rae (Mrs. Garrett from Facts of Life) is the freaking spitting image of my dear old grandma! 

I think the ones who just grew old gracefully and tastefully are much more attractive than the ones who went overboard with plastic surgery and garish makeup and who still keep their 70's & 80's style hairdo's. 

I want to add....Burt Ward, who played Robin on the old Batman series now runs a "Gentle Giants" rescue and rehab on his own property with his wife.  They take in very large breed dogs like Great Danes, Wolfhounds, etc.

I miss my Toni Tennille haircut!!!
