I love Collarme but after 4 years I'm still online hunting.  Where else can I go to quickly find someone local?  As in, "I want to meet you tonight!".  Whether it's bdsm or not, I'd like to find a place to meet locals who want a good time.

i guess i'm shooting more for another internet outlet where peopel can find each other for fun compared to a group that meets every now and then.

plus, i don't have the balls to show up randomly to one of those group functions.

Well, I go to munches, and I meet people.  I don't go to parties anymore because that's not my thing, but if you know people, you will have people to play with.  It involves a small time investment of getting to know people (in which case if you don't connect on a play level, you still might have friends) and just seems more reasonable to me than looking on the Internet.  I know many people will not agree with this and that's cool.  But coming from an era where there was no local scene in many places (if you did not live in a MAJOR city there was probably either nothing where you were or it was so far underground you might never find it) it blows my mind that people who are seeking casual play don't take advantage of one of the more expedient ways to find it.  Or at least try it out.

Thanks Dreams.  Craigslist is the one other place that I've tried but I've had no results. I work so much (70 hours in the past 4 days) that I don't have much of a chance to do anything else.

The local street corner...generally not so nice areas of the town have people wanting to meet more people on them.

Your local munch.  If too scared to meet someone, how will you ever meet anyone?

What do you have to offer besides that anyone would be attracted too?  Desire is not enough.. are you personable?  Looking for anything long lasting or just looking for a "hole"? 

So many come to this site looking for an easy fuck because they heard that if you identify that you are a dom a submissive will do whatever you want.  Conversely, a submissive come here with the idea of "all I have to do is what they tell me and someone will get me off".

Do you claim responsibility for your actions and for that person with which you play or are you looking for a kinky quickie?  I'm sure there will be doorknobs (everyone gets a turn) types out there that will accommodate you.

Diane and I owned several local meet and greet munch groups,I think the key to the whole ball game is to make sure the newbies just don't go sit in the corner by them selfs,As good host introduce them to someone that will show them around and give them the low down on whats going on the the local area.A follow up via email or a call to see what their experience was for the night and encourage them to come out again..bounty
