Alright, now can someone please explain how you get 300 square feet of stuff into a 165 square foot room?

I tried miracle grow, but that didnt make the room any bigger, but the grass around the house is doing great....

And I have yet to figure out how to move my room into another dimension so I can get at least 5000 square feet of living space.....

Reminds me of one of my favorite jokes...
How do you get ten dead babies into a bowl?

Velcro!!!!!!

plaster the walls and ceiling with velcro... attach the oposite type of velcro to the legs of things... including pets and humans... that way you can have 5 more surfaces

A Tardis will do what you want. Of course, finding one and moving in may be a bit of a challenge.

Rent a storage unit. And go back in three months and throw it all out. If you haven't used all the extra stuff, you don't need it.

You WILL share with me, right?  When you find one?  Well there IS only one left, isn't there.  [:(]

There's no sense in having to go back and throw it all out. That would be a waste of time and energy, if there truly is nothing of value in that unit after all that time.

Instead, stop making the rental payments. The rental management will auction of the now no-longer needed contents to someone who may want them. The management gets to make a little bit of money and the person who put that stuff in there is rid of some unneeded things without hassle.

Seems like a win-win-win plan to me.

;-)

If'n I find the thing vacant, I assure you that I will share. There should be plenty of room within it, right?

I have the really long scarf already. My mother made a duplicate of it for me as a Christmas present when I was a wee lad. It was six feet long and even though I tripped on it many times, I still love the thing.

I just don't have much use for it here in Florida... yet.

If there's an extra K9 in the Tardis can I have it please? Always wanted one of them.

OneMoreWaste -> RE: Major Renovation Issues! (11/18/2008 5:28:53 PM)

You need to stop hanging out in two-dimensional space.
I bet if you moved into the third dimension, you'd find that volumetrically, you weren't using the full capacity of the "300 sq ft" room [8D]

Sure. You're first on the list... right after Sarah Jane (she asked for another in case the one she has finally dies).

jlf1961 -> RE: Major Renovation Issues! (11/18/2008 5:47:32 PM)

I was referring to floor space... when you speak of volume it gets really messed up...

I have shelves on every bit of free wall space, much of the floor area is unusable due to the bed, and computer desk, chair, dresser and some fool put a closet in here that has little usable space after stacking totes 3 high and four across...

Then of course there is that pesky illumination device that was so thoughtlessly put on the ceiling....

I mean I have no room for a st andrew's cross, rack, suspension frame......
