Status: offline 		I am a woman that is Dominant and I choose to live this way. I do not need to own someone, nor micromanage them, but the person I am in a relationship with will do somethings my way or we would not be together for very long. I am a decision maker and  a leader and the man involved with me will know that and either deal with it or he can move on.

Sadistic? yes and no. I am in the bedroom and I can do my share of mind fucks (the fun kind). Is this a product of feminism? No I do not think so I think this is just me, how I am. 
I am aggressive and I like sex on my terms, we do things he(we) likes as well but for the most part it is my way.

The patriarchy is a farce as far as I am concerned and I hope it continues to crack and fall to the wayside. I am a person who hopes for a equal society and those who want to live outside of that would be welcome to do so.

Status: offline 		i can only speak from my own experience Miss. i am an unowned male slave will likely not find a compatible Female Dominant here as i live too far away and culturally i am light years behind the US and Britain as i live in Dublin which is quite sedate to be honest regarding this and the BDSM scene. i dont dislike Female Supremacy, i feel in absolute awe of it and my only regret is my make up would not make me an endearing servant to Female Dominants out there, i have no experience of real time serving and dont really know whether i could cope with it, i dont know if i would have the pain tolerance for the sadistic Female Dominants that range across this site

Kevin, the  desire to own another human is as old as mankind as history will show you. Sometimes slaver was the result of prisoners of war who were then made to work in the service of the winning Warlord or criminals were placed into slavery and used for the theoretical good of the community as punishment and lets not forget that sex slaves of both genders were a consistant source of carnal pleasure without all the nicities of courtship. Thus marriage could reasonably be used (in the ruling clases) as a means of sealing peace treaties and trade agreements (what a most civilised and sensible 3way of doing things and one we have sadly lost in so called enlightened society). FCor both my Lady and myself, I can say that one of the pleasures of slav ownership is having a slave kneeling/sitting at your feet in the evening dressed in a manner of your choice (if dressed at all). On one level it is a power thing and on another level it is a very intimate love thing.

That said, its not always about superiority, or pain, or humiliation - though it certainly Can be if you choose a partner interested in those things.

Status: offline 		Ma'am  i would much prefer a Female Dominant Society where Females had the upper hand than male who has destroyed the world and is responsible for war poverty and the current dangerous climate change taking place which will have consequences for all our children. Female Domination is based on love but also sadism , the love thing i can handle the sadism, im afraid i dont know whether i could cope with it.  i think its time Women had their turn in control as men have made a mess of it and i think overall it will be better but im just puzzled by the sadism and the desire to own individuals of many Dominants on this site

Thanks for permission to respond how ever I like I appreciate that.
Whats wrong with having Fun Owning a slave?
I have maybe too much Fun ordering the slave around.
I'm not sure where the " control buzz" started for the Others.
But I know I was born to be in control. I dont need to

Status: offline 		Kevin, you may agree... you may believe even, but your fear is a constant and it seems you project things into things.  My advice would be to slow down... read, stop projecting and learn from what we say and post before you go off on your projections into things and make a name for yourself here.  Slow down... Get to know us.  You don't have to pair up with a sadistic dominant.  There are all types out there.  Maybe not as many public in your area, but they are there, trust me! lol  Why not sit back, read and actually hear what we say in our post... then you will see more of a balance.  To see a few post or dominant's who are sadistic and to become fearful and not see the rest is a huge mistake you are I hope seeing in some of the responses you are getting.

Status: offline 		i would love to have a relationship with a Dominant Female but i dont think it will happen here, it is more likely to happen in Dublin if at all, precisely because the BDSM scene is more advanced and some may say extreme in the States, we irish have a lot of catching up to do, we are not known as the Paddies for nothing, paddy last comes to mind in my view in that America and Britain leads and we usually follow far behind. in ten years time i can see the scene in Dublin a bit like it is was in the States say in the late 90s but i cannot hazard a guess as to what it will be like in the States in a decade possibly more extreme than it is now

Status: offline 		Every generation blamed something or other on another generation.  Mankind is what it is.. social things or times are what they are or were, but there have always been dominant women... they just might not have been as free to express themselves as they are now.  Sure, there are those around here that are here and doing what they do because of some life experience, but no more than any other lifestyle choice in any area of things.

History only records certain things and has often been found to be faulty.  Why not create your own, live in the here and now and go from there?  Why worry about it?

Status: offline 		thats what i strive to do every day and believe me Lockit once i get this off my chest, i wont raise another issue for  a long while, i ve very few issues to raise anyway and most of them have been well aired by now, for me i have a simple life in ireland and this BDSM has i think been discussed once in ireland thats how tiny the scene is

Status: offline 		thats the other thing Lockit i have walked up and down and round every street in Dublin and apart from a snake bite salon, there is nothing BDSMish at all in the city. we have just started a small group in Middle Abbey Street but the ideas of dungeons , shops with Lady this Lady that on them, call this number etc for domination etc , it is pure fantasy, we are a very much a backwater if a very proud backwater of the world. the main scene in Dublin is drinking and rugby is growing in popularity outside of that it is like a complete replica of what America was like before this BDSM kicked in whenever that started i dont know

Here are some amateur stats based on this site, which do kinda indicate the opposite.  Similarly, I tend to find far fewer female profiles on the first page list than male.

Regarding "women owning property etc"... take a look at some of the male profiles out there, they want to own slaves, property etc.  As far as I can see, it's a kink site, there are people who like to be in charge, people who like to not be in charge, regardless of the gender, they tend to want to do similar sets of activities, because that's their kink, because they want to look cool, because that's what they think they should do in order to be "dominant/submissive" whatever.

Whilst the Irish scene is small, check out LadyLubyanka's website, she's a wonderful Irish female dominant, and has much information about the scene in Ireland.

If you don't want to date a sadist, don't date one, simple as.  I don't want to do pet play, so I won't date someone who wants to own a pony.  It's not rocket science.

As far as why am I a sadist, because I enjoy it, it's fun, I get an amazing kick out of it.  Why am I submissive/switch/masochist/choral singer... see above.  I only do things because I enjoy them on some level.  I'd guess that applies to everyone else too.

Bloody hell the Irish hve no issues with importing horse flesh for racing nd then go and beat the crap out of everyone else. Perhaps you need to start a Domme Stud and start breeding the next generation of Dommies for Ireland..
