How sad. These are every day people who are in the grocery store. Which BTW is ramped up in prices.... all because someone wants us all to be afraid!

While I'm not an international financial expert, I did a little research on the whole incident, and it looks like this campaign is nothing more than a propaganda effort to paint the British as guilty for Iceland's financial difficulties when it appears as if the difficulties were the fault of Iceland itself.

In effect, Britian took measures to protect it's citizens who had deposits with an Icelandic bank, because it appeared that the government of Iceland wasn't going to be capable of meeting it's depositors insurance requirements.

I can't say that I blame the British, nor do I believe that this Icelandic campaign is balanced or fair.

All due to 2001 terrorist laws.

consider history when a dude lied so as to sink the stock, (Bank of England) then when word got back all was the reverse of the news.

Im willing to learn per the scenario you pose. Lets not foget- the US broke off with England to escape the control, namely finance.

I believe the Icelanders. If anyone has any links- Ill be glad to look at them.

Will do.   :-)   Before anyone thinks I am dissing a country, my irk is per the globalists. Such an elite could by from the US, but any country really.

I note that the US does not want anywhere else to offer CDs are a higher interest rate.

I do want to try to understand as much as I can on the crises.

I do not like the idea of 9-11 laws to be used for other reasons. Actually if we did, then Wall Street would be an unfriendly organised entity.   (clears throat.) also every bank robber in the US prison system, would have to have the charge thrown out- if we applied the law as all men treated equal that is.   ( tries to sit straight)

We here nothing about undoing the Patriot act- 2, the victory act, 2.

of course but now it is clear that we have no say in national governance. Every event is planned for us.    And of course, we are not immune to being crushed by the US army like we thought we had been. Oh what a feeble web we wove.     (coughs)
