I tried google earlier... couldnt find much.. I think starting with obeah + bdsm might be the way to go

I've never tried; only know about it because they come to me asking if I'm a practitioner.
I guess best thing to do is search the word on profile side, and ask direaction from a practioner of obeah, because google only givs me definition, etc. M

It was a magazine available in the 1970's or early 1980's. If you're into this kind of thing, it would be more direct if you id'ed yourself into "race-play", that way you might find more educated & aware players.

Here's a local group for African Americans: http://groups.yahoo.com/group/mahogany_pleasures_of_darkness/
They hold munches and play parties regularly. I thought that might give you somewhere to start.

If you join the yahoo group newobeah, and view the links, they have obeah groups by states. Seems like every state has as least one, even Utah

There used to be an OBEAH Academy but that is dead, now. If you have a Yahoo ID, there is a group called Obeah Society. There is a kink e-Zine as well.
