Status: offline 		I am into the BDSM lifestyle and i am new to this site. i would like to get into the male on male area of this but this place doesn't have alot for people interested in this or im not looking in the right place can some one show mere where to look

Status: offline 		There are gay Doms, switches, and subs on collarme (although far outnumbered by the straight/bi/forced-bi crowd), you just have to look for us.change your search parameters to "gay" and see what you find.  Or you could check out any of several primarily gay bdsm personals websites.

Status: offline 		There are plenty of gay and bi guys out there; just look harder! Sorry but the rainbow isn't going to come smack you in the face all the time you know.

And if there still isn't enough options try another BDSM site. alt.com, fetlife.com, bondage.com or maybe even a BDSM personals site JUST for gay/bi men.

Or, here's an idea, go outside! Munches, events, etc. You may or may not do all that already, but don't put all your hope into collarme.com, that's just silly.

Status: offline 		If I understand the history correctly, gay guys got this whole "BDSM lifestyle" thing started. I'm sure there's still some involved, you just have to sift through the other 90% these days. ;)

Status: offline 		   This is the biggest and best bdsm discussion forum I know of, and yes, it's got a heterosexual majority by a large margin.

  As for personals sites, I reccomend trying the Recon network. Easily the biggest gay male bdsm site around.

Roughly ten percent of the general population is homosexual.  It would be unreasonable to expect different on a dating site that is not specifically for homosexuals.  I do see a large number of bisexuals on this site, both men and women.

Status: offline 		There is a small percentage of the male population here who identify as gay or bisexual. As others suggested, use the search function to search profiles for gay/bi males. Even on the threads here, the info you'll gleam does apply whether one is straight, gay, lesbian or bisexual. For the most part, the people here are fairly tolerant of us gays, generally.

Status: offline 		I think joining Recon is quite pricey, isn't it?  My previous Master got me to do a profile here on CM, where I got in touch with my new Master.  There are quite a few gay profiles here, it's just a matter of knowing where to look...

Status: offline 		I did a google search for gay BDSM personals and had several sites come up.  How active or good they are, I cannot say, but you can give it a try.  Of course, on Collar Me, you can limit your searches to males looking for males and you will find more of what you want, but you are right, CM seems more heterocentric in flavor.  Bon chance!

I do think recon is the best gay personals website, I don’t think it is particularly expensive though the content is quite limited for free members so it is better to upgrade though even if you don’t want to, you can still look at profiles and send people messages. You can find their s/M page at www.slave4master.com

i am not saying this site should be devoted to gays and bi's. there is a huge straight slant on all this. you know dressing in leather is about as close to drag as you can get

Status: offline 		As everyone has previously stated, the sexual orientation ratio on this website will more than likely mirror society as a whole. Other sites will be more specific and cater to the gay BDSM community. I would throw this comment into the mix as well... be specific as to exactly what you are looking for. Not only are there lifestyle players on here, but there are pros as well. On both sides, they will be straight, gay or bisexual. It really depends on what you want out of your play. I identify as mostly straight, but I love engaging with men in session. My whole goal is to push the limits of their sexuality between straight and gay. Tapping my bi interests in session gives me the opportunity to do so. I have had a decent interest in this from both parties.

Just something to keep in mind.

Status: offline 		Recon is free to have a basic profile and message people.  I don't really like it because it's too gay : ) Can't really stand manly men (not that there's anything wrong with them) and that's the huge slant on that sight.  Where's the site for the middle of the road kind of people? (just kinding)
