I do not really know what to think, at this point, given there are precious few actual facts being doled out to the public yet, and a whole lot of speculation. But having worked in the realms of domestic dispute cases, often times, people who are attacked by those they love and are willing to cover for, will make up a bogus boogey man, again often times from standard 'bad guy' archetypes.
It is bizarre though, that even the super crazies of the right, like Michele Malkin are questioning the validity of this case.
What I think can be said is that it is unfortunate, no matter how it came about...any way that you look at this, with any possible reasons...it shows a really disturbing ugliness that has been coaxed out of a part of this country that I thought we had evolved past.
The constant subtle and not so subtle call to alarm, violence, ugliness and hate that has arisen, especially in the last month or so of this election is disgusting and the leaders of both campaigns need to stop it..it is their duty...not just passively but unconditionally.
