Never done it -- the thought of wearing heels just makes me go all "ICK". But if they were only used for that, and were covered and well lubed, I don't know, might be as safe as some other things are. Fingers with dirty jagged nails aren't safe either so a clean shoe well and slowly inserting might be better than that. I'm guessing though that part of the thrill might be the idea of it just being rammed up there? Well, we have lots of hot ideas that we have to tone down in real life for safety and health reasons, right? I bet you could find a safer way to play with the idea.

I would suggest putting a condom on anything you plan to insert into the rectum/anus, even the traditional types of toys such as plugs or dildos. No matter how clean you might think they are that condom will ensure that it is cleaner. As to what it feels like... I couldn't answer that one seeing that it would be my heel [;)] & it isn't going in my ass!

I personally woould not do it. That type of heel is sharp, hard, slim, and quite likely to perforate the anus. There are are plenty of other options I could think of to use in rectal play, but shar[ hard objects are not one of them. Lady Ursa

Thanks for all the answers , when I had it done it was more a case of the heel being pushed in slowly than ramming it in , that would be too dangerous I feel. A heel is the only thing I like anywhere near my ass , so it wouldn't work with any other toys!! We also made sure the heel was very clean first nice experience though!!

I have known of people who have inserted dildos up there and used the heel to push it further... but i understand he says he doesn't want other items up there. You might want to use a special pair of heels, that are only to be used for this paly. Something that maybe the Mistress has you put on here only when this play is to start. This way they don't pick up the debrie from walking . The protection suggested is still a good idea
