I consider this guy to be the second-most enigmatic* of the Hot 14.

Is he deep in thought? Is he mooning wistfully over someone? Is he rolling his eyes? Is he thinking "Oh, geez, THIS crap again?" Neither happy nor sad, he's one of very few bespectacled smileys. Why?

I tend to see it as thinking deep thoughts, but from how other people use it most seem to see it as eye rolling.
