Status: offline 		I have used epilators for years. I use two different models. One is a Braun 5270, which gets fine hairs much better than any other model I have found. I use it for stomach and lower abdomen. For the ass, shaft, and balls, I use a an Emjoi AP-10LR. I pull skin as tight as I can. It is definitely no fun to have your scrotum pulled into that epilator. Trust me.

The Braun doesn't work all that well for me on my balls. Because it is much better at pulling fine hair, it pulls scrotum skin much better as well.

Both have built-in LED lights, and they are bright (particularly the Braun).

I use them daily, more out of habit than anything else.

Pubic hair removal is a nightmare!  I have tried shaving (too many bumps), waxing (too expensive), lotions (smelly and don't work) and epilating (yowch!  and not the good kind, either!).  I will definitely try the Coochy Cream recommended here. I was wondering, though, anyone have any experience with the Seiko clean cut razor?

Status: offline 		The Seiko is OK, I suppose. I was unimpressed with it. I know women who have used it and they also weren't overly impressed. It didn't shave as closely as a good electric razor. To get a decent shave with it, I had to go over the same area several times. As the thing is battery-powered, I went through batteries.

That was the last razor I tried. I switched to an epilator and haven't looked back.

Status: offline 		A better headache saver to me is not to bother shaving or waxing it off at all, but staying all natural. Course I'm not very bushy and my Daddy doesn't care either way, but to me waxing an worrying about it all the time, even if it is every 6 weeks is my idea of a headache lol.

i solved that problem by going and getting waxed every 6 weeks. Stays pretty much totally smooth for about 7 days and then it grows in much sparser and softer. Saves a lot of headaches.

Status: offline 		I can't seem to get it 100% smooth on the very edges of my pubic mound, no matter which direction i shave in.
As for bumps, an unusual remedy is deodorant. a friend told me about it, and it works! just smooth it on after you shave, like you would for your armpits.

Oh, and I belong in the gutter too.
