getting an email from some guy who apparently thinks stating that I am "clearly a freaky momma" is somehow appealing.  Needless to say, he hadnt read my profile.

But, but Monkey...........isn't that what Mr. Pirate said in HIS first email to you? Look what happened![8D]

Daddysredhead -> RE: What has made your eyes roll today? (8/23/2009 10:50:33 AM)

My eyes rolled out of my head when I checked the mail yesterday and received a flyer from some organization out of state, wishing me a "Pious Ramadan" and under that was a header stating their company has been "bringing your hometown and culture to you since 1974."

OK, I'm obviously on a mailing list of people with foreign surnames that sound like they may be middle eastern.  But... I'm not.  I'm a white chick, whose hometown and culture surround me daily, since 1970, when I was born actually.  My ex is also not middle eastern, nor is he muslim.  So, these people have missed their target audience all over the place.    [8|]

Good Gawd..... I hate to bring it up again, but did anyone see the list of drugs Michael Jackson's doctor gave him within a short period of time? (short period of time = one visit to MJ's home) I'd cite it but I can't find it on the net.... I saw the list on CBS national news.

Today my eyes rolled at the report about low sunspot activity that compares the current level (none) of sunspots with the years 1645-1715 when low solar activity seemed to explain the low temperatures recorded in Europe during the "Little Ice Age".  (Global Cooling???)

I stooped and responded with some very kind words NOT. Catch me on a good day and I'll really tell you what I think.

My eyes are HURTING from the rolling.  On the other site.  A journal entry, from well, a person.  Whose ego floats higher than the Goodyear blimp.  eeeeh.
