I've never been a Dodger fan but I'm happy for two guys on that team: Joe Torre and Manny Ramirez. Not that they need me to be happy for them.

as an avid Chicago White Sox fan, i would like to personally thank L.A. for sweeping the Cubs. i got tired of those fairweathered fans screaming that it was their year (LOL) to win it all.

Congrats to L.A. for making it 2yrs in a row that the Cubs failed to reach NLCS ....ah the curse continues....

As a Cards fan...no surprise here... They always blow it.. They should have rolled over during the season and let the Cards in... They at least don't coke all the time.

I do feel sorry for the Cubs however...HAHAHAHA!!!...Soooooo sorry...HAHAHAHA...no I really mean it!!!...HAHAHAHA!!!!

As the late, great Mike Royko once pointed out, being a Cub fan builds character. There is no such thing as a fairweather Cub fan, Think about it. Royko also said that the Cubs are the perfect Chicago team since Chicagoans understand that life is hard and that what's most important is to do your best and never, ever give up.

Maybe next year, Cubbies, maybe not, but, the ballpark will always be full and Cub fans will always bleed Cubbie Blue.

i'm pulling for the angels right now...tied up 3-3 in the 4rd.

i really hate the red sox.

of course, FOX is foaming at the mouth, desperate for a dodgers-sox WS.
manny going back to Fenway.

you weren't at the bar where i was that had fairweather Cubbie fans on Saturday night. there were so many that i could count them by hand in their brand new team jerseys.

me - i'm a diehard Sox fan ...i love my men in black
