So that's the other side of the argument (from a Dem, naturally) I imagine we'll end up with the bailout in any case. After eight years of the "politics of fear" Congress will just jump through the hoop again, like they did on every other single fucking thing Bush ever wanted. They are like trained poodles, at this point.

Final score:

BUSH: 2 wars, financial chaos, a destroyed costal city, and a raped Consitution.

Congress has not cared about constituants, angry or otherwise, during my entire lifetime. All they want is their self voted raises and their lobbyist bribes. To think that they give a damn about any of us is fooling yourself.
