Hmm, what a recipe. Anything that needs salt, pepper, shallots, onion, garlic, wine, bacon and three cloves of garlic to mask its flavor can't be that much of a treat, can it? Probably to mask the flavor as the meal traveles both ways, I'm guessing...

Ummm Sanity.... Salt, pepper, shallots, onion, garlic, wine, bacon and three cloves of garlic don't mask anything, but they enhance everything!

I wonder if there are required standards that the donors would have to meet. Would they have to be tested? Quality and consistency would seem like it would be a huge problem as medications, alchohol, smoking and diet have such a huge influence on the taste, fat and sugar contents.

I had tons and tons of it in reserve.. and eventualy gave it all away to the Le Leche League. Only the extra I needed for my son was kept. Gods I still remember walking around smelling like sweetend condensed milk. blah. I need to buy a pump soon because any day now it is gonna come in. sighs Gwyn Mooo mooo... Mooo damn it.
